Exercising regularly helps keep your body strong and healthy! 

Remember these tips to keep your asthma under control:

  1. Check the air quality in your area before you go outside. If the air is too polluted or too cold, think about picking an indoor exercise.

  2. Use your albuterol inhaler (rescue inhaler) if you need to 15 minutes before starting exercise.

  3. Start slow and warm up your body before your sport or activity!

  4. Do not exercise if you are sick.
